Local SEO
The map, the profile, and the searches that end in a phone call
- Google Business Profile, set up properly
- A page per service you sell
- Reviews as a repeatable process
How this works
Getting found is half of it. The other half is what happens after the phone rings. We find which half is broken, then build only what fixes it.
A few short questions. You see the result on screen. No cost, and no sales call to get it.
What kind of business is this?
You see the result on screen — email optional.
The Growth Assessment
Answer a few questions about your business and what isn’t working. You get a first read on screen — the two or three things we’d fix first, in what order, and why we think so.
Sound familiar?
Pick the one that’s closest. The fix is usually narrower than people expect — and it’s often not the thing you were about to buy.
Usually the map listing slipped, or a competitor’s reviews overtook yours. Almost nobody scrolls past the first three on the map.
What we’d do: Google Business Profile and local search work, before anything else.
The site loads, then asks people to read instead of act. The number is at the bottom, the form asks for eight things, and nothing says what happens next.
What we’d do: Rework what’s on the page and how someone actually contacts you.
You’re not on page one, and nothing on your site tells Google what you actually offer — one page listing nine services is not the same as a page for each.
What we’d do: A dedicated page for each service you sell, written the way people search.
Money goes out, calls come in, and nothing connects the two. Without that link you are guessing which half of the budget to cut.
What we’d do: Tracking first, then fix the account. In that order, always.
Missed calls after hours, quotes that sit for three days, messages arriving in five different places. This is the half nobody sells a fix for.
What we’d do: Follow-up that happens whether or not anyone remembers.
No single place showing where jobs came from, so every spending decision is a coin flip.
What we’d do: One simple report you will actually read.
Not sure which one? That’s what the assessment is for.
The Growth Path
Most businesses have three or four of these handled and one badly broken — and the broken one holds back everything after it. There is no point spending on ads if the calls you already get go to voicemail.
You have a real website, a Google listing and a phone number that all say the same thing and all work on a phone.
When someone nearby searches for what you do, you show up — on the map and in the results.
When they find you, they pick you instead of the shop next door.
People who land on you actually call, text or book, instead of leaving.
Every call gets answered or returned fast, every quote goes out, nobody gets forgotten.
You can tell which jobs came from where, so you stop paying for the things that bring none.
Depending on what we find: websites, local search and Google Business Profile, search visibility, Google and Meta ads, tracking and reporting, follow-up automation, and small custom tools when nothing off the shelf fits.
If there’s a part of your day that costs you jobs — calls missed after hours, quotes that sit for three days, messages coming in from five different places — there’s usually a way to fix it with a small piece of software built around how you actually work. We don’t lead with that, because it’s a tool, not a strategy.
What we build
Not a menu to pick from. Each of these answers a different constraint, and which one you need depends entirely on where your customers are actually getting lost.

Organic search beyond the map — the layer that compounds
How this works
A site built to get called, not just to look finished

Calls this month, not next quarter

Demand generation where search intent does not exist yet

Most businesses need one or two of these at a time. Some of the pages above aren’t written yet — the work is available regardless, so ask.
Why us
Not a new career. The judgment about what to fix first is the product — everything after that is building.
If your site already brings in calls, you don’t need a new one. That costs us money to say, and we say it anyway — the assessment has an outcome that recommends doing nothing, and it fires.
We’re not going to show you other people’s numbers, because we don’t have client results we’re free to publish yet. What we’ll do instead is tell you exactly what we’d change, why, and what you should watch — before you pay for anything. When there are results worth publishing, they’ll appear with the client’s name on them and permission to check.
Before you ask
We have 10+ years of digital marketing experience behind us, and we are deliberately not publishing client names or numbers we do not yet have permission to publish. What we can do is show you the thinking: take the assessment, or read how we work, and judge the reasoning before you pay for anything.
It depends on what the assessment turns up — a Google Business Profile fix and a site rebuild are very different pieces of work. What we will commit to: a fixed number before anything starts, not an hourly rate that drifts.
You see the read on screen straight away. If you gave us an email, we send the written version. If you want to go further we talk it through — and that call is a conversation about the plan, not a pitch deck.
Often not. Plenty of sites that look dated still bring in work, and plenty of beautiful ones do not. If yours already generates calls, replacing it is the most expensive way to change nothing.
It depends entirely on what is broken — a profile that has never been set up can change things quickly, and search visibility does not. We will not give you a timeline before we know which one you are, and we will not promise a result we cannot control.
We are based in Calgary and most of the work is local, because local search is where the mechanics we know best actually apply. If you are further out, ask.
A few questions about how customers find you now, what you’ve already tried, and what isn’t working. At the end you’ll see what we think is blocking you, what to fix first, and one thing you can go do yourself this week without hiring anybody.
No score out of 100. No automated scan. No report that turns up after a sales call.
